We come together as a circle of friends, playfully exploring and living NVC (nonviolent communication) consciousness.
We do this surrounded by nature for 6 days, opening our hearts to giving and to receiving.
Theme ‘Coming to our senses’ is the theme for 2025. A cheeky play on words but more importantly it’s an invite to really drop into the world of sensing. We spend a lot of time thinking and rightly so, however our senses often get neglected in this modern world. Imagine the opportunity to experience your interactions from a more sense based lens, to filter and digest through the body rather than the mind. Feeling the ground underneath your feet, smelling and tasting delicious food, hearing laughter and excitement. The breeze, rain, sun on your skin and seeing all the natural beauty around you. This settling deep dive will automatically drop your nervous system into a more natural rhythm of ‘rest and digest’ with an intentional sprinkling of upregulated play. This way we have more space to drop into our interior world (interoception) and start to strengthen those pathways of connecting with ourselves but also those around you.
Arrive anytime on the 14th to settle in with an official opening at 4pm.
Costs of food and expenses are rising for all of us. We know that for some coming to camp this year is a financial stretch – for others, manageable.
How do we as a community face this challenge?
We are asking every participant to pay the costs as outlined below, and to consider making a voluntary contribution to help finance the additional costs.
